The best meditation is dance activation! Join us for Manifestation Dance where we dance our intentions into existence. We welcome all types of movement and artistic expression that include external props and your full expression. We have created this night to offer our community an opportunity to connect, move, dance and embrace life without expectation or judgment. There are no right or wrong movements. No judgments. No egos. It is movement for the sake of movement and inner child play!
